THE CREW

A very important part of Boyatt Racing is the Pit Crew, without them we would not be successful.

They do this for the love of the sport as they do not get paid for their efforts.

Jake Friesner, has been with us for 6 years, and he works in all aspects of pit operations. He has been branded by hot brake rotors and headers so much that we think he enjoys it. He also likes tinkering with his 2007 Supercharged Mustang, Golfing and Bowling.

Lance Wells, has been with us for 5 years, and works in all aspects of pit operations. Lance is a fanatic about a clean car, so we look extra good when he is there. He enjoys playing with his new speed boat, hunting and fishing.

Derrick Stuttler, has been with us off and on since John started racing. He works in all aspects of support on the car. He cannot use a knife without cutting himself, but he sure knows how to fix stuff.

Robert Boyatt, John's younger brother has come on board this year. He works as the jack man and handles our tires. He likes to work on his 1969 Mustang that he is restoring.

Nichol Chrivniz, joined us this year. She is John's soul mate and has the task of keeping him in line. She also works on and under the race car.

Rusty Boyatt, with his wife's permission, is the Owner and Crew Chief of the Team. He has 35 years of racing experience and an engineering background. He bosses people around and complains alot. He enjoys his 1967 Camaro, hunting and fishing and ohhh! Yeah, Stock Car Racing!

All of the pit members pay their own way into the pits. They enjoy the sport and like to be a part of it. If you go to the races, please come into the pits after the race and join us in thanking them for all they do to bring racing to you.
